winter cover
I made 4 grill inserts out of 1/4" smoked plexiglass to cover the grill up. They are installed using 2 bolts, 2 large fender washer and 2 wingnut per insert, easy to take on and off and it seems to work pretty good. Total investment was about $25.00. Just got back from Montana and drove empty in -17*F using top 2 inserts and the truck stayed around 198-200*F driving 75 mph.
