winter cover

does anybody run a winter cover on their truck? will the truck warm up any faster? thanks

I put one on my pickup a couple weeks ago. Made a HUGE differance. Not sure what the dealers are charging in your area, but mine wanted 145. Told them no way. I'll order on line and take my buisness else where. They lowered it to 118. I didn't think that was bad and didn't have to wait for it to ship. Lowest price I found was 103+13 shipping.

got mine from a dodge dealer that goes under the hood don't remember the price but man BIG BIG help!! keeps the heat in and warms up better down the road. love it.

You could always try a piece of cardboard in between the intercooler an radiator. Cut a hole in the center to let some air flow through to the fan and you're set.

I believe it has snaps on the cover and receiving snaps that get stuck to the grille, then you just snap it on and snap it off. That's one reason why I like the Mopar cover though, it goes under the grille and out of sight.

I think I need to get one of these covers. last night we had -30 windchills and my rig was sitting in a parking lot all day. it was a long cooooollllld wait while it warmed up enough to drive.

Once oil pressure is up start driving.. .otherwise your just wasting fuel.. .

and trucks don't care about windchill..
