I'd say a little less than 7000. My '07 3500 SRW QC long bed 4x4 was 7200 with a full tank of fuel. I weighed it coming back from the dealer the day I picked it up. It was as empty as it would ever be.

You've got less frame,less bed,less driveshaft,etc.

I'd say in the neighborhood of 6700-6800.

The GVWR is on the sticker thats on the drivers door pillar.

IMO 9500 is fine, your mileage may vary.

Well my 2004.5 weighed in at 6,960 lbs no fuel. I think you will be over 7,000 with full fuel. Then add driver plus any passengers and cargo. I once scaled both my truck and horse trailer loaded and it came out right at 17,000 lbs. Tows and handles just fine at that weight. You should be good to go too.

Just remember the added braking distance to stop safely and be sure all your tires are properly inflated.

My 04.5 in my sig that I sold weighed 7400, I must have gotten a good one. lol. As for pulling the camper you will be fine. You could put in some air helper bags it will keep it from sagging and ride like a dream when loaded.

FYI - Just found my 2004 RAM Sales Brochure. It says for a RAM 2500 Quad Cab 4x4 5.9L Diesel your Maximum Trailer Weight is 13,100 lbs with the following footnote: "(2) Maximum trailer weight ratings include the weight of the cargo in the trailer and 150 lbs for the driver, but must also be decreased by the weight of any optional equipment, trailer hitch, cargo in the truck and passengers." So you are under the Dodge published towing limits with room to spare.
