Injectors all 6 were leaky, Starter at 32k, Driver side Axle U-Joint, Tail Gate is starting rust at the bottom, Bolt that hold the front bumper on come lose occaissionly. Driver side A pillar cover broke after 4 years. Seats cushins are shot after about 130k miles and i only weight about 225. HVAC system made it to about 120k before all the doors inside broke and the AC won't keep running. Cheaper made truck than my 99. Won't be buying a new one ever. If this one give me to many more problems I will p-pump it and put the motor it in a ford body.

2004.5 3500 Quad Cab w/ 6 speed

A/C compressor @ 48k miles
APPS sensor @ 60k
APPS sensor @ 65k
APPS sensor @ 68k
ECM @ 80k
APPS sensor @ 82k
Water Pump @ 86k
All 6 injectors @ 93k
1 more injector @ 95k
Now currently @ 98k experiencing an intermittent surging problem, can see tach and boost gauge move slightly, also experiencing intermittent low power and injector clatter noise when on the throttle, also needs all 4 ball joints

Engine has seen 2 different programmers for 1 week each, driver liked both (hypertech and Edge) but truck surged badly with both of them so it has been 99% run stock since new, if the dealer can't figure out the surging/low power its about to get sold for a Duramax though...

I found out something good on my truck today. I bought it with 55k miles and 3 years ago, ZERO warranty work was done on it, NOTHING. So I can't complain to much after 2 years of owning it it needs axle shaft u joints. It is wierd that the clutch is gone at 80k miles though.....

Yea I wouldn't buy another one, but I am going to keep this truck for atleast 10 more years, eventully I will fix all of Dodge's mistakes and have a great truck

I'm at right around 210K at this point.

Cracks in the dash have not multiplied or gotten bigger. Paint is getting a little beat.

Only thing better than my '03 would be an F-250 with my Cummins!

I just bought an 04 and in one week I am doing an APPS due to serious dead pedal and running issues. A Trans Pressure Transducer and Pressure Selinoid as well to cure other codes.

Bought it used and they become for sale used for a reason. I found out why on this one.

Well get there.

Clutch is gone because of the Edge J/A you're running (just a hunch).

My clutch is getting weak with anything over stock power in 6th gear recently. Not Dodge's fault, although I'd like an OEM clutch that would hold more than stock. 50k mi of soccer mom driving, occasional light towing, 90hp tune shouldn't kill the clutch this quick IMO.

Other than that: '07, 50k miles, steering box replaced under warranty before I bought it, at about 5k miles.
NO other problems...at all! (Hope I didn't just jinx myself).
Does have that little steering clunk, but every Chevy I had before this truck had the same clunk. I'm used to it by now!
