What would you do?

I am going to purchase a 2003-early 2004 CTD and I was wondering what you guys thought about this. I want to put 35's on it but not spend a lot. I found a 2" spacer and shocks for about $130 for the spacers an then all i need are shocks. or i could buy my roomates procomp 3" lift with new controll arms and shocks and a rear block for about $300, but I have to wait for him to buy a new lift for his. The reason I'm being cheap is because I either want the KORE race system or the kelderman 6" kit. They end up being about the same price. Really, all I need to know is whether a 2" space is enough for 35's to clear.

35's will fit so long as you dont put a wheel thats too wide or has too little backspacing.
