Bring it somewhere else, maybe it will still fly if it's not to far in their system. When I was a tech. at a GM/DC dealer, we would take any repairs we could get ,warranty or charge jobs just to keep repair dollars coming in the shop, either way the dealer gets paid(makes the serv. managers sales look good) , but charge money is better. Before you go taking it around , please take off the box if it's not already to late, but they for some reason might not of wanted to mess with it, or couldn't get the pump for some reason.

Fireman, I would have sent the cp3 to II got it done over to stage 1 and you could have had a reliable reman pump and your box and your warranty. ks

Firemanram, I know there have been alot of opinions about "playing&paying", but let me give you a quick update on my situation. My u-joints had failed again. First time @ 23k, no mods. Now @ 60k with quad race module. (Quad has been on since 30k) I considered taking off the quad, and K&N intake, but I didn't. I thought I would just see what they would say, and if I had to pay for it, then so be it. They not only replaced the one bad u-joint, but changed all 3. I guess what I'm trying to say (and I'm sorry its not very helpfull) is that some dealers are mod friendly and some aren't. Sounds like they (your local dealer) are attempting to extort your Banks box from you. Either they are going to honor the warranty, or they are not. To ask you to "hand over the Banks box, and I'll reinstate your warranty" is ludicris, and unethical. I hope you get this situation resolved, and I'm interested in what they (dealer) want next. Good Luck!

Cat Cracker.

What Cat Cracker said... it really helps to find a mod friendly dealer. I come from the Subaru world, on the Subaru boards, especially regional ones, we're pretty good about spreading the word for bothh mod-friendly dealers as well as dealers who will deny your warranty claim on your power windows because you installed a turboback exhaust.

Maybe this information is floating around for Dodge dealers, but seems whenever I read a story like this, the name of the dealer is often left out.
