You would think that if a person owned a dealership they would know what is covered and what is not.

...and you have a lot to learn. Different plans cover different items. Basically diag is performed, you get the part numbers of the items needed and then run the part number through the computer and DC tells us IF the part is covered. Some things are, some are not. Some amaze us that they are covered, and then some stump us because you are sure it would be.....but it's not.

.....and if you have items that are "bent" that is not a "defect" and the bill would come out of your pocket anyways....unless they are "hooking you up".
