Very Happy!!!

I just wanted to say I have 25000 on the truck now and have had zero problems so far. I have towed a 15000lb trailer and a 3000lb trailer all over the west coast and it is great. Just wanted to add a possative to all the bad that is on here.

I haven't had hardly any problems with mine in 3 years. Nothing major anyways. 70,000+ miles so far. I want a new red dually 6 speed something bad but I can't part with this one for just that reason......

You have to remember that the guys on this board that have probelms with their truck are just a small fraction of the CTD owners out there. The majority have great success with their trucks. If you aren't having problems there really isn't much to post here.

I had an 01' before i bought my 05' and I ran the stuffing out of it and never had one lift pump problem, one injector problem or anything like that.
You bought the best truck out there. Leave that buyers remorse for the ford guys ..

I have to agree. I've had mine in the shop only twice, for just minor issues. These sites will scare ya now and then though.

I am about fo have my first oil change and there will be one item that needs looked at. There is a rattle in the drivers side back door. It drives me nuts!
Otherwise its been a great truck!

Had the infamous 2k rpm vibe...it's gone now. With 32k on it, it's the best truck I've owned. It's paid for and although I would like a new one, this one is not going anywhere.
