Full Fluid swap, is this all correct?

Ok, On saturday i am gonna pull the truck up on the lift and swap out all the fluids.

I have the following, please check and see if i am missing anything.

Chassis lube

Diffs:
3q front
4q rear
all Redline 75w-90
Are there any gaskets i need to replace when i remove the diffs?

Trans:
3q Redline C+ ATF
Is there a gasket that needs replacing for the tranny pan?
Also is there anything else i should adjust while in there (ie bands, bolts etc...)?
any guides/how-to's that can be linked would be very much appreciated.

Engine:
12q Redline 15w-40 Diesel oil
Wix filter

Not servicing the transfer case at this time.
Ill swap the fuel filter when it comes in.

btw: truck has 31183 miles on it now so this is the 30k service.

Barrett_Fodder,

You wrote "Trans:3q Redline C+ ATF"

I hope you wanted to type ATF+4 trans fluid as that's the required fluid in your tranny. If you use anything other then ATF+4 you will toast your tranny.

what they said, and take the 5 minutes to change out the oil in the transfer case as well. It's horribly simple to do, much quicker and cleaner than dropping your tranny pan. Oh, did I miss where you said you were going to replace the tranny filter too?

And unless you've already done so, go ahead and change out the coolant while you have it up on the lift. You can multi-task and get several things done at once.

This is from Redlines website about their C+ATF:
"C+ ATF

Satisfies the performance requirements of Chrysler Types 7176 and ATF+4 (Type 9602), while providing 30% greater operating viscosity, 1/3 the evaporation of petroleum ATFs, and improved oxidation and sludge protection. "

I believe the fluid i have for the transmission will work. If i am interpreting this wrong please let me know.
I am going to do the transfer case next weekend at the same time my buddy from work does his.
Good call on the Transmission filter... didnt think about that but i might as well change it out while im in there.
Good to hear the gaskets are reusable. I will be careful so as not to tear them.
Thanks a million guys. Good info in here all over the place.

Redline's C+ ATF will work just fine. That's what's been in mine for over 10000 miles now, and it works exactly the same. If memory serves however, you'll need a bit more than 3 quarts.

Glad to hear it will work. I have 6 quarts sitting here i will just take them all with me then.
Went to NAPA to get a WIX filter for the tranny and they couldnt find a part number i even looked through the books with them. All it listed was up to and including a 47RE. Anyone have a part number for the trans filter by chance?
Thanks a mil

Don't forget the transfer case, coolant, power steering fluid and the Brake fluid!

The last being the most important.
