Question valve adjust at 100K

I a running close to 100K. What is the word on having the valves adjusted?
Should I have the dealer do it or bring it to a Cummins place.

If it hasen't been done it would be good to do. There is a write up on doing it yourself, it makes it looks EXTREMLY simple, I would do it yourself. Take a saturday to do it and spend the saved money on mods!

It really is pretty easy to do yourself. It's not like you have to pull the body off the chassis to get at the valve cover. Really all it takes is a couple wrenches a set of feeler gages and follow the instructions. The lash settings for the valves should be on the label on your valve cover. I've done it several times to my old 12 valve, and it was no problem at all.
