Lately in the morning when I go to start my truck it runs for 10 seconds and dies. Also noticed security light blinks and temp light comes on. Now tonight I was driving down the road and check gauges light came on temp light came on truck chimer went off all gauges went to zero like the the truck was not running but it was. I jiggled the key in the ignition and all the gauges came back on and then off again and then it was fine. Has anyone had this trouble and if so what is going on?

It sounds to me like you have an ignition switch problem. Those are the symptoms usally associated with an ignition switch going out

 

not a switch problem. sentry problem. get all keys re-programmed. its not recognizing the key you use. try another key. if you decide to get it reprogrammed, keep in mind you must bring ALL keys you have or the one (s) you left at home WILL NOT WORK AT ALL
