Truck Jumping

i have a problem with my truck jumping in reverse when you start to let out on the clutch it only does this when i have a 4,000lb trailer behind it and it will also do it on level ground as for forwards it is fine and without a load behind it the truck does not jump.does anyone have any ideas of what it may be?

It's just the clutch grabbing. When backing up loads I always use low range.

replaced the transmission mount and it made a big difference in the truck. it does not jump near as much as it did. thanks for the clutch info.
