Transmission Filter

What type of bolt holds the transmission filter in place. Is it a torx head? I'm getting ready to drop the pan and change the fluid/filter and I want to make sure I have the proper tools.

torx # 25......two of them.

It is a torx as annabelle stated... if she say's 25 then so be it.... I was lucky to have one that fit when I did mine... didn't know they were torx.

Be careful when you drop the filter.....it will still have some fluid in it.......can cause a mess and get in your eyes......don't ask me how I know!
