My truck has started goin in and out of O/D at about 65 mph and above. The tow/haul light keeps flashing and the trans temp does occasionally. I have done some searching and it appears that some have had this problem and was just wanting to double check on the transmission governor pressure transducer. Has that ultimately been the fix for everyone with the problem. Thanks

 

Does sound like the transducer. It does serve as the pressure sensor and temp sensor as well. That would explain the Trans Temp light, but is it actually shifting down to third or is it just dropping out of lock up? If you do go into, go ahead and do the solenoid as well.

A buddy of mine had the same problem. He spent over a thousand bucks at Dodge, but they couldn,t fix it. He replaced the transducer-problem solved! Good luck
