Tranny Problems

I've noticed on 2 different occassions that when my truck had not been driven for two days the tranny seems sluggish from the start. When I did get in and start to leave when i put it in drive it moved very slow and gradually got better. I think the torque convertor is draining out of fluid, is this a big concern I only have 37500 miles on my truck course you know these things are going to happen now that the warrenty is up

From what I have read and heard No it is not a concern, annoying yes. Put in N for 1/2 min, TQ will refill. Then away you go.

Anti-drain back valve is sticking. Most of us update the VB to circulate in park then remove the valve for better flow thru the cooler.

Just train yourself to go into park for a minute or so before takig off and it should be good.

The only way to do the update (valve delete) is with aftermarket valvebody? Monday i'm scheduled to take it to the dealership should i upgrade now (VB, torque convertor, trans-go shift kit)????

No, the Transgo kit will fix the circulate in park and boost your line pressures for longer trans life. Then you can remove the drain bacl valve for better flow.

My truck does the same thing. I start it up and put it in neutral for a minute or two. It's OK after that.....
