Starting Issues

Hey guys, I was just wondering if any of you had some ideas for me about My truck and it's starting problems.

Here is the problem: MY truck usally fires like on the 3rd revoulution. My previous one did the same. Sometimes, when it sits overnight, it will miss fire on the third revoultion when it usally starts and then do another 3 or 4 then fires right up. IT is very spuratic. NEver consistant, although it did do it for like a week straight. Then went away for awhile. Now it is back again. I took it to the dealer back in Nov when it was doing it. OF course they siad it seemed normal to them. "IDIOTS" Can't fix anything unless the computer tells them something. But anyway, it started in the fall, and continued throughout the whole winter. I never plug it in. Not a big fan of that. But I don't think that is the issue. I never plugged my other 06 in and she would fire right up at 15-20 below. So..I am open to any suggestions other than plugging it in..lol Thank for your time

Oh and I took the chip out...awhile back didn't change

it always starts. no matter how cold. But this is my second third gen and my first one never had a problem. I'm not thinking the problem I have is serious, I just would like to get it figured out. I wanted the dealer to Reflash it, but they said no.

that's friggin' rediculous! there's a cold start tsb that deals with this EXACT problem! i'd find a new dealer, and get the re-flash.

Ya...I was at the dealer and he read me all the tsb's andd when he came to that I said there you go. But it was linked with some other stuff. He said it did not qualify. It is B.S as soon as they look at my truck they automatically have an attitude because it is not stock. I will try to get it up there or go some place different. You don't happen to know of a link to possible TSB's for the 06's?? Thanks
