Starting Issues

Hi all,

Recently, I turn the key and just hear a click. After a few turns it turns over and fires. At first a couple of turns it would start, but now it takes about 30. Are starter contacts a problem with 01 trucks, or do I need a new ignition switch. I just replaced both batteries, they were original. Thanks for any advice you can give.

Thanks,

Cole
