smoke from crankcase tube

i have an 06 with 2500 miles on it i have a catback and drop in filter i put a diablosprort programer i set it on performance tune 100hp didnt kill it got into it a little my truck is smoking out the vent tube next to the oil pan when warm now i took the programer out still does it called dodge they dont know cant look at it till next week

Sounds normal too me! I have the same from my current truck and also had the same from my 01.

Just wanted to add.... I have made it a point to make sure that my truck is warmed up properly before rompin on it! And with only 2500 miles on that motor, it isn't even broke in yet!

yea i never get on it cold this is my first cummins i always had powerstrokes thats why i was wondering if its normal or not i never noticed it before just happened to be under the truck and saw the smoke just seemed weird since i just put the programer in

Its normal. Its a breather hose, now if oil was coming out then you might have a problem.
