slt or sport
ALright my first question, how will a 2500 quad cab 4x4 ctd do in regular 4x4 condition i mean like 6-8 inches of mud and stuff on farmland. Is this a capable truck or just a poser. My second question i i like the sport but wanted to know if you can get the vinyl florr in . I hate carpet in trucks. thatnks
I think they do pretty good...as stated the Cummins engine puts a lot of weight on front end so they are not made for heavy mud bogging and the rubicon trail. For normal 4wheeling as you would encounter hunting, camping, working on farm or driving down muddy dirty roads they do great with proper tires.
The truck is heavy so it will sink more than a 1500 just from total weight but it has the power and torgue to pull through anything as long as you do not bottom out on the frame and have some decent tires. If on farm mostly I would go with mud terrains instead of the all-terrains.
Mopar or Husky liners are a must though...
