I have an '04 That runs fine for about 1/2 hour then dies and won't start for about 10 minutes or so, then it runs fine for about another 10 minutes or so and from then on out it is every 10 minutes and it will run and die for about 10 minutes at a time! if anyone has any ideas or suggestions I would really appreciate it, thanks in advance!

Do you have any autostart system on the truck? I had a friend who had an alarm//autostart installed wrong and it did something very similar if the autostart was used?

Can you provide some info on the 04? Miles? Any mods?

Try changing your fuel filter.

Fuel filter has been changed, stock everything with no mods at all, no electric start. Also I meant to say "I have a friend with an 04" not mine, sorry. the truck has about 90,00 miles on it. Thanks in advance!

kind of sounds like a transfer pump issue.I would suggest you monitor the fuel press before it dies

most likely if it a 04.5 then it is the lift pump check you code i think it is P0628/ low voltage to lift pump. He can get it replaced for free under the cummins 100,000 mile warranty.
