Ringing noise. Clutch??

2005 5.9 24v 6 speed. Truck makes a ringing noise at startup untill warm. If I push the clutch in the noise goes away, when the clutch is released the noise returns. I do not hear it when driving mostly at idle and when the truck is warm it seams to go away. The best way to describe the noise is it is similar to the ring when you run your finger around a wine glass. It does not seam to effect the truck. Is this something to worry about right away? Any info helps. Thanks

During the "cold months" 40-55 degrees in Yuma, AZ. this past winter, I had a squeal at start up when I had the clutch pedal depressed. Almost immediately it would go away and sometimes would come and go for minute when pushing the clutch pedal in. When the temperature warmed up 60 plus degrees it disappeared. Fast forward to May, pulled into fuel at Wells, NV. Then it was squealing like a piggy. Went on to Twin Falls ID. to an RV park and it was louder and lasted longer. I figured it was the throwout bearing and it was. New clutch kit took care of it.

Sounds like the throw out bearing for sure.
