Ringing sound from clutch?

Hi, everytime I load the truck heavy, I hear a steady on & off ringing sound from the trans. or clutch. I have the bed filled with sand and gravel. When I let off of the clutch, until it revs up a little, it's a steady beat of bing bing bing bing bing bing until the rpm's get up. Empty, the clutch doesn't slip and drives relatively good. It has always done this even before I had the clutch replaced. Any ideas? Thanks, Rich

I'd lean more tword a trans noise. Those getrags will make some noise when being used as a truck, well at least mine did. My 4500 makes some noise also while towing way to much also. have you overfilled the trans with some good fluid?

I have overfilled the trans. Yes, it does it in the first four gears. It did it before I had the clutch replaced also. It does pull it without alot of effort, just makes that silly ringing noise. Rich
