how hard is it to change the rotors on a 03 3500 2wd DRW?
i need to change the rotors and pads on my dads truck.
i plan on going with some brembo rotors from tirerack and i m unsure of the pads, any suggestions or tips?

Easy pull the wheel,unbolt the adapters remove caliper and slide the rotor off

Unbolt the adapters? I was looking at that too but you cannot fit a socket in there. What concerns me is that by using a wrench, how would you know what the torque spec is the bolt that holds onto the adapters?

 

Choose softer pads for longer life on the rotors, or plan on replacing the rotors if you buy the harder pads with the lifetime warranty... on my '98, I bought lifetime pads AND rotors - I don't worry about the maintenance time, 'cause I have my son do it.
