questions

Ok I am new to the torbo deseil think can some tell me where the silincer ring is and dose it help with performance if its gone.

Should my truck be realy sluggish below 2000 rpm ? I cant even get it to spin the tires from a stop in low gear .

the ring is for turbo noise, not any performance. these trucks werent made for burnouts stock

Did you have the truck 30k ago??? cause what you posted leads us to believe you just bought it. Id say if it did and doesnt now its not the engine. your still breaking it in..... Id lean on the clutch.... just my .02

do you ride the clutch alot? regular maintence? these trucks are built for tq specs, not high power burnouts, thats the reason we can make twice the torque of a gasser and have half the horsepower...
