I agree also. My Juice/Attitude won't even start opening up until the engine temp hits 190*.

I get up to 200ish when pulling the fifth wheel (10,000 -11,000 #'s) in the mountains in Auguest doing about 60 MPH. I was a little concerned at first but on the down side of the hill the temp went down as well. Mine only gets that hot on long grade hills. Flat land its about 160 - 170*. In short i would say its not out of range for pulling a 10,000 # trailer.

They have a 180F thermo if it concerns you. I run a 180F in the summer and a 190F in the winter. Kinda **** I know, but I like to maintain temps and pressures in the normal range as much as possible.

That temp while towing is perfectly normal. I was hitting that type of temps going accross country in 100degree heat with the AC running towing my 10k 5vr thru the mountains. As long as you hear the fan kick in and the temp doesn't continue to climb than don't worry about it.
Just "Drive it Like You Stoke it" and everything will be alright.
