allright men 2003 cummins no mods 6 speed standard 200,000 plus miles everytime i slow down to stop or change gears push clutch engine comes to idle sometimes it stumbles and dies sometimes it tries to die and then the rpms come way up and then it dies hard to start in morning you have to feather throttle to keep it running and it will idle

 

Have you checked lift pump pressure?
