Well if the pump keeps cycling and it aint leaking, you know its drawing air OR it's the relief valve issue talked about above still and the air dog with it's higher capacity is able to keep up.

Are you running a RP gauge? I had issues witht he quad harness not making connection. It however went the other way.... Full 27.5k pressure right now at idle.
