Got that code when my LP quit qhile driving down the street. Your options are to get in-tank replacment if your under the 100,000 mile waranty , or get an aftermarket system like FASS, GDP or Airdog for instance.
The in-tank unit has worked fine for me for 60,000 miles so far, and cost me 0$. The in-tank replacement does make an upgrade later more difficult, because you have to drop the tank to add/change the pickup tube. Right now you have a good in-tank pickup tube so changing to an aftermarket system would be easier. IMHO

I assisted a coworker with an 04 that set the same code, the truck had quit running before checking for the code. Being he had a warrantee he called on going that route. No matter what he would be out 120 for towing. If he where to do the OEM replacement the dealer wanted $453. Needless to say he went mechanical.

I was in the same boat about a month ago. I spend $640 and put a FASS system on my cummins.
I'm glad I did. Better pump, easy to service, and installed it in about 3 hours.
