Over drive issue

Over drive issue
I am new to the form I have a 2006 2550 5.9 when I go over 55 mph in over drive it gets a bad vibration. When I take it out of overdrive it's fine. I put it in neutral and rev it up its fine I think maybe the transmission? Any help I would appreciate it ohh yea the truck has 120,000 miles on it. Thanks eric

Is your truck a long bed or short bed? I ask because if it was a long bed I would be checking center carrier bearing on the drive shaft. But then again thats where you would start looking at drive line universals in the first place weather its a long bed or short bed.
