FYI. i was drivin down the interstate and the truck lost power looked down and the transfer case was shuved into nuetral. Ive got 160K, 100 is oil feild miles but completely snapped the overdrive housing. Talk to a shop down in denver and this 48 tranny, is not holding up like the 47. I think i have might as well pull the radiator cap and pull a new truck under it. If there is anyone that might have a spot to get ahold of the overdrive housing or anyinfo. drop me a line.
