new tire/wheels now vibrations

Been driving around about a week with my new superlift and stock tires. Yesterday had my new wheels and tires put on and a alignment. Now shakes above 55mph and pulls right even with rt full + caster and left full - caster. Any thoughts?

Something loose? Bad tire? Bad balance? Truck looks bad now so it hates you? (kidding)
Bad alignment? Bent rim?

They work.

Vibration and pull start usually with the FIRST thing to hit the pavement.THEN work your way UP.Not the other way around.Sounds like a TIRE issue to me.

Balancing is wrong. I usually stand there and watch the tire monkey balance the tires. They are lazy and put weights on then don't run the balance machine again to double check. Also, the balance machine could be out of calibration.

No offense to any tire monkeys out there!

The auto tire balancers are simple to use yet I'm amazed at the employees who NO ONE shows them the PROPER way to use one.Weight across from weight or 180 away from one etc.VERY few balancers out of sync. Its the lack of knowledge using the machine. Now if it PULLS after new tires its in the tire.A tire can PULL and a tire can PUSH.Have to narrow it down to the tire or tires.Seen tires with in sync.production numbers that ALL had a problem.2001/2002/2003 etc.

did you buy these tires w/ wheels as a package deal from mail order? if so it will be a balance issue... i ordered tires from 4wheel parts as a package and when i got them i had a bad vibration. took em off and put them on the machine all 4 tires were out of balance buy more than 3oz...i took off all the weights rebalanced em and vibration gone.... called 4wheel parts and got them to pick up the bill for the rebalance plus alittle more for the agrivation....

I have a Hunter GSP 9700, this is a road force balancer, find someone with one and you will be amazed at what it will show you as far as matching rim and tires.

I have had this issue in the past running 35's. make sure you have them "Road Force" balance the wheels. The vibration will go away. Also, you must have steering wheel wobble too, right?

Had same problems when I put 315's on truck. Alot of tire shop balancers cannot handle the weight of the tire. Discount Tire was the only one that had the "Road Force' machine. Some places call it a Ride Match machine. Generally, runs about $25 a tire to get them balanced correctly and machine will tell you if you have a bad tire (out of round) too.

pull your wheels off and make sure that they removed the keeper washers used to hold the rotors on during assembly. most aftermarket wheels do not have a countersink on them and the washer will mash into the wheel causing them not to seat flat. this just happened to me on my 05 i thought my new wheels were bent but all it was those darn washers!!!!

found out superlift sent me one lower control arm wich was too short only allowing for 1.5 deg of caster insted or the recommended 4.5-5 deg. Then all four tires were out of balance. As soon as superlift sends me a new arm They are going to realign it.
