My '05 does the same thing when it's cold, stops when it's warmed up. Don't sweat it.

mine was to, at about 10 C outside,

to fix it I bought a jug of Howes "Meaner Cleaner," and ran the truck at 135 km/h for a couple hours, cleaned it right out

Mine has done it for the last couple of years. It doesn't matter if I run fuel conditioner or turn the boxes off or not. It runs fine Once I go to drive it...

For some odd reason mine only does it in Colorado while on vacation never at home. Almost every time I go out there with it it does it then while at home it never does it. I asked abought it andgot the its normal and nothing can be done. It smokes like crazy to for the first bit while its doing it.
