No start missing relay identafication
There is a relay that is right above the brake master cylinder, has 2 wires one goes behind the fule filter housing and one goes under the cab. Purchased this truck as a theft, cant get lift pump to prime up. Is that what this relay is for? Can get pic's if anyone isn't following me. Thanks for help.

Lift pump gets power from the ECM. If your pump is mounted on fuel filter housing it is most likely bad. New retrofit fuel pumps are available for replacement. If under 100k miles covered under warranty.
the pump is in the tank , the relay for the lift pump is from the small relays column in the power didtribution ceter underhood its the 4th from top to bottom right column left to fuse # 48
It sounds to me like this truck originally came with the lift pump on the filter housing, then later it was retrofitted to the in-tank pump. The relay and wiring you see are part of the retrofit.

Can i remount a lift pump on the filter housing? Even if it has been retrofitted with an intank pump? I think this is what has happened because mopar doesn't show anywiring for the relay. Let me know. Thanks
