Late 05 CD?

After all the reading here is there any difference in the CD in early or late 05 build or are they all the same engines?

Kinda off subject, but speaking of changes during the model year, like someone else already mentioned on this forum, I'm wondering why the adjustable pedals have been deleted?
The wife never stops praising them when she drives ours with them.

They started offering the adjustable pedals again last week. I guess there was a supply issue.
