HELP!! Transmission problems in Tidewater VA!!

Have an 07 2500, having some transmission issues! Looking for someone reputable locally to help. A good friend of mine has recommended someone who is on this site. Danva or Daninva? He has dealt with him in the past and highly recommended him. Does anyone know him?? Transmission is not shifting properly, and often smells like it burning?? Have truck parked until problem is fixed. Please help!
