heater cord routing
Mine lays in the bumper
I used the holes in the frame and brought the cord out to the front bumper. I Have never had it to fall out of the bumper and it is easy to reach in and grab it. Of course, I don't fight the snow very often living in Florida. I did put a tie wrap where if it did get out of the bumper it would not reach the ground. Just my two cents worth.
Well, went to Boater's World today and bought the plug that RonP used in his install . . . . got it for $22 . . . . better than Geno's $35 + shipping
. However, the '06 air dam is obviously a bit different than RonP's '04. The '06 air dam is less than 2" high, so there really isn't room to mount it like he did. I'm still keeping the plug . . . I will just have to figure out another way to mount it.
