i am going to put one of these on my 12 valve and me and a friend are working on a standalone box to run the vgt part just wondering if their is any intrest in a something like this

 

No offense here, yes there is interest, but haven't you already started 2 other threads on this?
It would be a lot easier for those of us who are interested in this to keep it all in one thread instead of a little info scattered between several threads.
Since you are the thread starter, maybe you could ask one of the mods to merge the threads together?

have you completly removed the thing in the exhasut housing that moves fwd and backward?

i was thinkering with a turbo like that today, i removed the rod, and my bro pulled that thing out now i cant seem to assemle it properly again!

i have the whole turbo figured out now!

what kinda progress are you seeing on the standalone controller?
is it going to use the stock motor or a new stepper motor, what input signals are you going to use? thx!
