GIVE UP getting fuel filter off

Maybe you guys can give me a clue here. Went to replace the fuel filter and it don't budge. I got the socket from Geno's and I get enough torque to transfer weight from side to side but the sucker won't break loose. (not like there is lots of room for a breaker bar) Any tricks I don't know about? The dealership was the last one to replace it. Thanks

Put an extension on the socket in order to get the stroke / leverage.
As the saying goes, "give me a long enough breaker bar and I will move the world!". Remember, righty tighty, lefty loosey!

Thanks I got it today with a longer torque wrench. Dodge tech had it tighten to 40.

Glad you got it and can torque it proper once the new filter is in.

Exactly what I had to resort to. Dealer who put the cap on must have been a gorilla.

Put a little oil on the "O" ring before you tighten the cap.
