I would take a look at the Edge Mileage Max. The couple that I have installed have seen between 3%-5% increase in fuel economy. Edge says up to 7%.

I was using a Quadzilla Max Mileage box and my mileage went down in both city and hiway driving. Took it off, and mileage went back up. Put the box back on, and mileage went down. So, it's off for good now. My engine did run noticablly smoother with the box on though.

I too was going to recommend the Edge Mileage Max. I have heard nothing but good about it. I have a custom programmed unit that has one of the setting as the mileage max, I have yet to calculate the mileage, but it is very obvious to me it works. I will have to figure it out on my next couple tanks.

I went with DR performance 80 hp (usdieselchips.com). I read good and bad things about them, but they have a 30 day trial. I have a pretty basic truck. 4", AEM cold air intake, FASS lift pump, stock injectors, synthetic throughout. I got the DR performance because I did not want to install gages for EGT's, etc and my main goal was fuel savings. I just put it on last weekend. I was running around 20 before my stock lift pump died. So far it looks good but I want to run cruise control to get any psychological effects out. I am about to go 1300 miles round trip for my next hitch so we will see how she does.

Has anyone tried the new Bullydog Triple Dog E3? It only has 2 settings, stock and a 50hp/100tq economy tune. Most online stores sell them for approx. $100 more than an Edge Mileage Max.
