I have probably spent $300 on fuel trying to figure out the best setting for fuel MILEAGE! I realize all trucks are different and it depends on driving styles and mods, but settings are setting. What is (in your opinion) the best setting for mileage with my smarty. Any thoughts???

 

my smarty beta 4.4 on sw3 is consistently giving me 21-22mpg while sticking to 55 mph...it's hard to maintain that speed but the rising cost of fuel is making it easier everyday.......in city it drops to 19-20 ***all hand calced.

also, i think i remember marco stating that he will be releasing a mileage tune..but i don't think it's anytime soon. lots going on in the smarty camp nowadays......

A lot is right. Thanks for the info. Hard to spend time tring to find the best mileage setting cuase fuel is so pricy.

 

i am on version 4.11 and on level 3. get 19mpg with 37" tires

edit: cruise set at 70

use your cruise, no matter what you think, you will NEVER be able to keep the skinny pedal at a steady speed. slight variances will always occur if you don't use the cruise.
