The only exception was the outlook monitor but it only monitors everything so I was giving her and I saw atleast 24,500 psi in the fuel rail just under 25,000psi
The accuracy of rail pressure on any of the monitors seems to be less than accurate more often than not. I wouldn't base too many decisions or assumptions on the monitor readings.

as a side note,,i read somewhere that the new lbz duramax was running up to 27k lbs pressure stock.im not sure if that is true though.....

I found out that the outlook will only read to 27,000 psi and will not show any higher so i believe i was running higher psi then that in my dads truck

Because that's the maximum saturation level for the transducer. Cannot go higher than 27k psi.

I was watching the tech diagnose my truck for a pressure relief valve and he did his test like this: Set the computer to max fuel pressure 25000PSI!!!! and watch the actual psi which with mine was 20350 or so at 1250rpm. He then said the valve is bad. It should hold 25k without problems.
