pressure box's and raised fuel rail pressure fixes?

pressure box's and raised fuel rail pressure fixes?
well if i understand right, some boxes raise fuel pressure which can result in leaks n such. what would make a "bullet proof" fuel system or what sort of parts should a person be looking for, in a 3rd gen truck? My truck isnt bombed out at all, a different intake and different exhaust and thats it, but i was just asking for educational purposes

Book yourself about 3-4 hours reading time,set yourself down in front of your 'puter, make sure you have some caffeine enhanced refreshments and start reading and doing searches on what you would like to know. There's a wealth of info here!!!
