Fuel Leak

I have a fuel leak that I can't seem to figure where it is leaking. It appears to be leaking from the head(see pics). I have checked all the lines and they seem ok. It runs great. This is on an 05 with no mods. PO rebuilt the engine last year and put new stock injectors in. Said it messed up a piston due to leaky injectors. Not sure where this leak is from. Any suggestions? Notice the stream of fuel running off the freeze plug in the last pic. Thats the same freeze plug in the first 2 pics. It seems like it is coming from the top of the head under the lifting eye. Note the first pic you can see the fuel between the lifting eye and the head.

Looks like either #6 injector line, or the return line coming off the back of the head. If it's #6 be careful while it is running, under alot of pressure.

Like I said the lines don't appear to be leaking. They are dry. The leak seems to be in the head. Thats what has me stumped. I have looked from the top and from under the truck and can't see where it's leaking. I got out the camera phone to get a better view and still don't see it. This is a steady leak and a good stream at that. Expand the last pic and you can see it is quite a leak running off the bottom of the freeze plug.

BTW looks like someone already changed the #4 injector line too.

Yes, I saw the stream of fuel. I am not sure, but if the connector tube(#6) is not torqued properly, maybe fuel is not only following the return path through the head to the return line, but finding a path along side the connector tube, past the connector tube locknut, and leaking.

I still suspect #6 line, check very closely around the blue retainer clamp, if it(the clamp) has been loose, it can crack the line, also the acorn nut that goes over the connector tube may have a defect. A new #4 injector line is about $25, I would think #6 would be about the same.

That's a big leak, in a very confined place, get yourself a flashlight and a dental style mirror, it all I have to offer.
