Mine did the same thing at 60-70k and it took about 45min or so to replace it at the house. Just jack on front tire and you can spin the shaft. Pull the four bolts that hold the drive shaft and then then big nut. Mark everything and count turns off and replace the same. It was something like 8.75 turns or something like that.

Mine leaked and was replaced at 20K. Started leaking again at 30k. I'm at 71k now and will replace someday. I have yet to see the fluid level drop so it must not leak much. I see it as anti-corrosion.
