front pinion seal LEAKING!!! Again!!

Ok guys. I had to change the front pinion seal at about 54,000 miles. Now at 92,000 miles it is leaking again. There were no rough spots on the shaft or anything. And if there was rough spots wouldnt it have started leaking immediately. NOT 40,000 miles later.
What do you guys think the problem is?

got the same problem 111k couldn't find a dealer that carried one in stock from north carolina to indiana. but mine pours out not just leaks.

Just got mine fixed for the second time @ the dealer with 50k, first one went out @ 30k, My pinion had a nice soft groove in it, looks like it got machined wrong.
