fan clutch question

fan clutch question
I have to remove my fan to replace the fan hub bearing , but I think my clutch just took a crap as well the fan is constantly on from start up when it's 32 degrees out and never goes off and as u go faster you hear the fan get faster pretty much the same rpm as the engine do you think the clutch went or its something else
