Hey Texan.

Les Schwab carries them. Do you have any of their stores in your area?

so much for that hint you got from your tire dealer in November of 2007... almost 2.5 years later & the M-55 still does not offer this size.

The M-55 is a great tire but Toyo just will not broaden the 17" sizes & us 18" rim guys have only 1 size to choose from 275 70 18.

Still very happy with my 315 Yokahama's, even while towing my fiver.

These Hankook's RF10's are about the nicest tire I've had and they're E rated in different sizes. I'm running 18's.

Haven't posted in quite a while, but I agree. I run the RF10's in a 285 on 17's and I have right at 47,000 on thgem and weill get atleast 55,000 out of them and that isn't running them bald.

Been a great tire so far.

Id never buy another brand of tire for my truck..

Toyo Open Country MT's nothing can compare IMO. In Ottawa Canada we have extreme heat in the summer, and of course some extreme cold. This tire is top notch in all conditions. On ice and snow I am stuck to the road...no spinning or sliding. They are incredible and worth every cent. And I can get a good 45k on them too.

Ditto. Coming out of some 285-75-17 Toyo AT's which were indestructable and super strong,I'm duly impressed with their MT cousin. I had some initial squirrlyness which disappeared@ 1,000K. I would never take a chance with my 9000# truck( with occupant and 1800# wet camper) using 50 psi max load range D shoes. My similarly equipped 98.5 had nothing but flats, cuts and eventually a near catastrophic blowout with D rated Bridgestone AT's. That blowout did $3300 damage in maybe 15 seconds. The place I took it to for the repair was an authorized AAA body shop,so the field agent never came by to see the tires. I switched to E rated Toyos and problems solved. Way less tailwag too.

I have insurance for my truck for specifically modified vehicles. They took pictures etc. One stipulation with the insurance...I have to run E rated tires. Thats the reason I choose them...very versatile in regards to performance on ice and snow, nice aggressive looking tread but pavement friendly and E rated keeps my insurance happy and in place lol

Hankook Dynapro RF10's and Toyo OC MT's get VERY similar reviews. Both get high marks. I think either would be a great choice. The reason I choose Hankook was the price was considerably better than the Toyo's.
