E-Rated Tires

I am having a hard time finding E-rated tires in anything other that 265x70x17. Is everyone running E rated tires?
Who makes 275s, 285s, 305s x 17" that are E-rated?

E rated tires

I don't think I've seen any E-rated 315's. I plan on going with the tires & wheels off the Harley Davidson Ford . I know that they have an E-rating but are on 20" wheels . I think they are 275/65 20 . Good Luck and let me know if you find any E - rated 315's.

Fords uses a different size bolt pattern than our Dodges.

It's been nearly three years now since the 3rd gen's have been out. You'd think the tire manufacturers would have more choices in 17in E rated tires by now. My Michelins are wearing like iron though, so I won't need tires for a while. Nearly 30k on them.

Nitto and Interco make a e- rated mudder that fit on a 17 inch rim.

It's been noted here that I tend to drive like a Grandma!!! In fact, I got 125k on the LTX M&S's on my '99 before I replaced them!!!!

I paid $301 a tire, but I work for a dealership, so I can get them cheaper than over the counter, but the guys at Fountain Tire on 130 Ave SE have them in stock. Talk to Tim down there and tell him Marc from BMW refered you there, and he'll help you out, retail on the tire is close to $375.00. If you get a set, make sure to spend the extra cash and have them road force balanced. I had mine done at Harpers Tire today and they are smoooooooooth! I've only put about 50km on them but the difference between them and the 285/70r17 bfg at I had on are night and day. Less wander, the insane thickness of the side wall (at least 3/4" thick) makes the truck ride better, less bouncy and takes curbs/driveway bumps WAY BETTER.The truck also corners better. They are pricey tires, but they are the only tire made that have the load capacity I need to handle my truck camper (4900lbs).

I'd love to see Jr. go with RCR and ressurrect the #3

I have 45,000 on my factory BFG's and they look like they have at least
another 15,000 left on them.

The Toyo's look very interesting, keep us informed as to how they wear.

FOXY005 - from your post to God's ears - I've had a 3 on the back window of every vehicle I've owned for years, posters all over the garage, decals on my toolbox (that goes over well in a BMW dealership where they think F1 is the only 'racing' around ), and too many die cast to count. NASCAR is still the coolest racing around, its just not the same without Dale SR.

What size tire can you get on a stock truck.

As far as the #3 it would not be the same without Dale Sr.
Even if it was Jr. Been a fan for a long time there is only one Intimadator

I put the Toyo's on my stock alloys, tread pattern is flat, no rubbing.
