E-brake help

Hey guys anyone help me figure out a problem with my e-brake?
I don't think its an adjustment thing because it works good one way......?
It really holds hard in forward but nothing to stop the truck from rolling backwards.
I had a look today when I took the wheels off for rotation but couldn't see much due to the backing plate in the way.
Anyone have this problem before?

Something isn't right, mine will hold equally well in either direction. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

That, and if you need the support plate removal, and if you have rear disk or drum brakes.

PM me, I might not see this thread again...

Great stuff thanks mad!
Anyone know if the axle gasket needs to be replaced or can it be reused?
Not a big deal but it would be nice to have the parts prior to rippin it apart.
