Usually when you put a lift in the front. You should upgrade your control arms. Usually that will cure for most part the death wobble.

Get a Theuren steering stabilizer.. Another note when you did the leveling kit did you mark your springs and put them back in in the same exact spot?? Dual shocks arent' goona solve the problem it's in the steering components

No, I didn't, but i thought of it after i took them out..would that make a difference.?

I know that this could be a posible problem, however, I have a bad universial in the front diff on the pass side and the bearing in the diff is sloopy... Could this be a majure problem, its gettin fixed on friday so i won't know if that was it till then.. But it never had the wooble until i put the lift in the other day.
any suggestions..????

I don't have my alginment sheet in front of me here at work but those castor #'s seem a bit low. I'll have to check my sheet out tonight when I get home and compair to be sure though.

specs on front alignment

caster
tol. 4.0* to 5.4* mine set at 5.0* and 5.2*

camber
tol. -0.3* to 0.8* mine at 0* and -0.2

toe
tol. 0* to 0.10* mine at 0.5* and 0.5*

mine has been fine with stock shocks so far...
to me it looks like your toe is a little on the max side and if thats not it maybe its the tires. i know it didnt do it before but since the angle of the track bar and steering drag link has increased it moves more from side to side when you hit a bump. that mixed with bad (worn unevenly) mud tires only makes it worse.

try gettin you toe off the max side and then maybe try some different tires that are in good shape.

I would mess with the caster a little bit till you find what is right for your truck. That, and the track bar needs to be lengthened. You should be able to make it work by just messing with the caster anyways...
